A resident of Longmeadow, Attorney Weiss concentrates his practice on commercial and consumer bankruptcy, reorganization and litigation. He supervises the bankruptcy, reorganization and workout practice at Shatz, Schwartz and Fentin, representing creditors, debtors and other parties in both commercial and consumer bankruptcy cases throughout Massachusetts.
Attorney Weiss is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees, for which he currently serves as president. He has also served on the private panel of Chapter 7 Trustees for the District of Massachusetts for more than 35 years. Attorney Weiss has contributed to the local community as chair of the Longmeadow Community Preservation Committee since 2012 and as a member of the Longmeadow Historical Commission.
