Attorney Michele J. Feinstein named to 2026 Massachusetts Super Lawyers® List

Feinstein, a shareholder of the firm, has been named to the 2026 Massachusetts Super Lawyers® list in the Estate & Probate category. This milestone recognition marks the 20th time she has been selected to the list.

Over the course of her career, Attorney Feinstein has consistently stood out among attorneys in her practice area, with Super Lawyers recognizing her excellence in practice and longstanding contributions to estate planning, estate administration and elder law.

A lifelong resident of Longmeadow, Attorney Feinstein focuses her practice in estate planning and administration, elder law, probate and trust litigation, health law and corporate and business planning. Her work includes advising individuals, families and closely held businesses on complex estate, succession and long-term care planning matters.

Attorney Feinstein is also a co-author of the newly updated third edition of Massachusetts Elder Law, published in 2026, a widely used legal treatise for attorneys and professionals across the state. In addition, she has been recognized in The Best Lawyers in America® each year since 2013 and was named Best Lawyers® “Lawyer of the Year” in Trusts and Estates in 2023 and 2025.

Attorney Feinstein is a cum laude graduate of Western New England University School of Law, where she was a member of the Law Review and where she has been Senior Adjunct Professor in the Postdoctoral Estate Planning and Elder Law LL.M. program since 2005. She earned her Bachelor of Science summa cum laude and her Master of Laws in taxation from Boston University and is certified as an Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils.
