Attorney Weagle concentrates her practice on helping individuals and families navigate complex legal and financial decisions with practical, client-focused guidance. Originally from Southampton, Massachusetts, Attorney Weagle joined Shatz, Schwartz and Fentin in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced at a Boston law firm representing clients in litigation and criminal defense matters before returning to western Massachusetts, where she focuses on real estate, estate planning and estate administration.
Attorney Weagle graduated summa cum laude from Westfield State University with bachelor’s degrees in political science and criminal justice before earning her juris doctor, cum laude, from New England Law | Boston. During law school, she received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Property II and earned the New England Scholar Award. She is fluent in Polish, allowing her to serve a diverse client base across the region.
In addition to her legal practice, Attorney Weagle is active in several community organizations. She serves on the boards of Feed the Kids and the Polish Center of Discovery and Learning, Inc., and is a member of the Westfield State University Criminal Justice Program Advisory Committee.
