For more than 30 years, Attorney Klyman has guided older adults, individuals, families, caregivers and business owners through complex legal matters involving elder law, estate planning, special needs planning, estate administration, trust and estate litigation and MassHealth appeals. Her practice focuses on helping clients protect their assets, preserve their independence and plan for future generations.
Attorney Klyman is recognized nationally for her leadership in elder law. She is an elected fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and the American Bar Foundation and is an active member of the national and Massachusetts chapters of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, where she previously served as editor of the NAELA Journal.
Attorney Klyman is also a co-author of the newly updated third edition of Massachusetts Elder Law, published in 2026, a widely used legal treatise for attorneys and professionals across the state.
