A lifelong resident of Longmeadow, Attorney Feinstein graduated summa cum laude from Boston University and cum laude from Western New England University School of Law where she served as a member of the Law Review. She received her Master of Laws in taxation from Boston University School of Law.

In addition to her active memberships with the Hampden County and Massachusetts Bar Associations, Attorney Feinstein is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She is also a regular speaker for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and the Massachusetts Bar Association and serves as Senior Adjunct Professor of Law in the postdoctoral Estate Planning and Elder Law LLM program at Western New England University School of Law.

Attorney Feinstein is an active member of several community organizations, agencies and professional advisory committees. Throughout her career, she has lent her expertise to enhance the rights of elders, disabled individuals and women.
