With an esteemed career spanning estate planning and administration, elder law, probate litigation, health law and corporate and business planning, Attorney Feinstein has earned repeated recognition on the Massachusetts Super Lawyers® and Top Women Attorneys in Massachusetts lists. She is also certified as an Accredited Estate Planner® by the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils, and has previously been named Lawyer of the Year by Best Lawyers for both Trusts and Estates and Elder Law.
A lifelong resident of Longmeadow, Attorney Feinstein graduated summa cum laude from Boston University, earned her law degree cum laude from Western New England University School of Law, where she served on the Law Review, and went on to receive her Master of Laws in Taxation from Boston University School of Law.
In addition to her legal practice, Attorney Feinstein is deeply engaged in the profession and her community. She is a member of the Hampden County and Massachusetts Bar Associations, the American Health Lawyers Association, and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She also serves as a Senior Adjunct Professor of Law in the Postdoctoral Estate Planning and Elder Law LLM program at Western New England University School of Law, and is a frequent speaker for Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and the Massachusetts Bar Association. She has long affiliations with local charitable organizations in Hampden and Hampshire counties focused on advancing the rights of elders, individuals with disabilities and women and educating the next generation of lawyers practicing in estate planning and elder law.
