Attorney Ann I. Weber Recognized Among the Top 50 Women Lawyers in the State

Attorney Ann I. Weber (Ami) of Shatz, Schwartz and Fentin, P.C. of Springfield and Northampton, MA has been recognized by Boston magazine as one of the top 50 women lawyers in Massachusetts and once again named a “Super Lawyer” in estate planning in 2008 by the Super Lawyers magazine.

Attorney Ann I. Weber (Ami) of Shatz, Schwartz and Fentin, P.C. of Springfield and Northampton, MA has been recognized by Boston magazine as one of the top 50 women lawyers in Massachusetts and once again named a “Super Lawyer” in estate planning in 2008 by the Super Lawyers magazine. Attorney Weber’s practice concentrates in the areas of estate planning and taxation, estate administration, elder law, and probate law and has been practicing law since 1985. She is a member of the Massachusetts, Connecticut, and American Bar Associations and is the past president of the Estate Planning Council of Hampden County and former (and founding) board member of The Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and is a fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel. Attorney Weber has authored numerous articles on estate taxation, estate planning, long-term care planning for the elderly, and planning for same-sex couples and frequently lectures at NAELA, MCLE and other professional and civic groups.
