Attorney L. Alexandra Hogan of Shatz, Schwartz and Fentin, P.C. was among the participants in a panel discussion on the topic of “Mortgage Challenges; Effect of Counterclaims,“ at the 8th Annual Western Massachusetts Bankruptcy Conference held October 6th at Western New England College. The broad topic was segmented into two sessions: Attorneys L. Alexandra Hogan and Joseph J. Lange presented on the topic of The Trustee’s Strong-Arm Powers – Mortgage Challenges, Claims and Defenses. Attorney Hogan concentrates her practice in the areas of business law, business litigation and bankruptcy. She is a graduate of Western New England College School of Law, J.D., 2008, Cum Laude. Her recent scholarly writing, “Guilt by Relation: If Your Brother is Convicted of a Crime, You Too May Do Time,” 30 W. New Eng. L. Rev. 543 (2008), was published in the Western New England Law Review 2008; Student Note. Mrs. Hogan resides in Chicopee, MA
