Ellen Freyman was recently honored as Woman of the Year 2012 by the Professional Women’s Chamber of Western Massachusetts. The gala event, staged at the Springfield Sheraton, celebrated Freyman’s outstanding leadership, professional accomplishments, and many hours of service to the community.

Carol Cioe Klyman recently acted as co-chair of the 13th annual New England Elder and Disability Law Conference in Boston. It was the third time she has co-chaired the yearly event.

The highest court in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Supreme Judicial Court (SJC), handed down an opinion in favor of the trustee in case SJC-10933, Roberta A. Boyle vs. Steven Weiss, trustee in bankruptcy.
