Professional Background
Professional Vision
Prior to becoming an attorney, Michael A. Deere was an associate professor of philosophy at Salem State University in Massachusetts. During his tenure, he served as Chair of the philosophy department and Director of Bioethics programming and curriculum development. As a writer and researcher, Dr. Deere focused his work and teaching in Ethics, Logic, and Critical Reasoning, with special emphasis on legal reasoning and writing. During law school, he served as a full-time contributor to BC Law’s IMPACT Blog and interned as a law clerk for the Division of Administrative Law Appeals located in Malden, MA. Attorney Deere now brings his skills and expertise to bear in his new practice and on behalf of our clients.
