Joshua Y. Levine brings more than 17 years of legal experience to Shatz, Schwartz & Fentin, P.C., where he assists clients with commercial real estate transactions, secured financing, land use and zoning, business licensing and property sales. He regularly appears before municipal boards in Western Massachusetts and has developed a statewide reputation for handling liquor licensing matters, including complex residency and citizenship issues.
Josh is dedicated to helping businesses and property owners navigate regulatory processes with confidence, particularly in land use projects where he balances community concerns with development needs. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced product liability defense in Washington, D.C.
