Attorney Michele J. Feinstein named to 2025 Massachusetts Super Lawyers® List

Feinstein, a shareholder of the firm, has been named to the 2025 Massachusetts Super Lawyers® list in the Estate & Probate category. This marks the 19th time she has received this distinction.

A lifelong resident of Longmeadow, Attorney Feinstein concentrates her practice in estate planning and administration, elder law, probate litigation, health law and corporate and business planning. In addition to her legal practice, she recently co-authored the third edition of Massachusetts Elder Law, a reference for attorneys and professionals across the state.

Attorney Feinstein is a cum laude graduate of Western New England University School of Law, where she was a member of the Law Review and where she now serves as a Senior Adjunct Professor in the Postdoctoral Estate Planning and Elder Law LLM program. She earned her Bachelor of Science summa cum laude and her Master of Laws in taxation from Boston University, and she is certified as an Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP) by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils.

A respected resource in the region, Attorney Feinstein frequently lectures for the Massachusetts Bar Association, Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education and numerous civic and professional organizations. She holds active memberships in several state and national bar associations and serves on advisory committees for the Jewish Endowment Foundation of the Jewish Federation of Greater Springfield, Western New England University and JGS Lifecare.
