Practice Areas
Attorney Gary S. Fentin concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and real estate finance and development, industrial revenue bonds, affordable housing, estate planning, business law, and business foreclosures and workouts.
Gary manages the firm’s tax-exempt bond practice and has acted as bond counsel and/or purchaser’s counsel in hundreds of such issues since 1978. He is the only counsel west of Worcester, MA who has been approved as bond counsel to the Massachusetts Development Finance Agency.
Attorney Fentin has represented lenders, purchasers and developers in real estate development and finance matters for over thirty-five years and represents secured lenders in commercial foreclosures and workouts.
He is actively involved in the representation of profit and not-for-for profit companies and in the development, financing, refinancing and syndication of affordable housing.
