While our office is open and all attorneys are available to their clients via telephone and videoconference, we will only conduct in person meetings by appointment. All staff members will wear masks and ask that all visitors to our office do the same. If you cannot wear a mask we will ask to make alternative arrangements for an in-person meeting. As a general matter, however, we are ready and willing to meet with clients and colleagues remotely using video conferencing or by telephone to mitigate the need for in person meetings as appropriate.
We are all maintaining ‘social distance’ and not hand-shaking; we are regularly washing hands and wiping down surfaces. But we understand that at any time any of us may need to self-quarantine or, if an exposure or contraction happens, we have made arrangements to have appropriate deep cleaning and have the affected team members work remotely. Second, everyone who works here now has put in place a way to stay connected remotely and be able to continue to provide services to clients remotely. Fortunately, over the years, we have invested in the technology to allow us to do this without significant interruption.
