The Shatz, Schwartz and Fentin commercial and tax-exempt finance group represents banks, governmental agencies, insurance companie, and other lenders in commercial financing transactions of all types.   • Tax advice and planning, including tax-free mergers, tax-deferred exchanges, state and federal tax appeals, and tax-deferred sales using charitable trusts
