Attorney Michele J. Feinstein discussed “Heirs-at Law, Intestate Shares, Priority of Appointment” at the Western New England Law School on Wednesday, October 26,2011. The event was a training for attorneys to learn the new Massachusetts Uniform Probate Code which will go into effect on January 1, 2012. The event was presented by the Hampden County Bench Bar Committee.
